Greene and Greene Arbor Morris Chair
This is the newest Morris Chair I released at the 30th Arts and Crafts Conference at the Grove Park Inn. It is made out of Sapele and Ebony with a dye stain and a hand rubbed lacquer finish. Steam bent solid arms with through tenons with my signature Arbor Tree on the sides. Reclines in three positions. Cushions are down and feather blend. A heirloom piece. Elegant yet modern twist in the Greene and Greene style on a classic Morris Chair.

Arbor Morris Chair
Inspired by the beautiful Live Oak trees of Southern Florida and the wonderful surroundings of the Western North Carolina forests, is my take on the traditional Morris Chair. Having built traditional Morris Chairs in the past, this Morris Chair was designed to blend arts and craft with more of an art feel. Constructed of solid mortise and tenon joinery, solid steam bent arms and finished with a hand rubbed oil or lacquer finish. The Arbor Bow Armed Morris Chair follows the traditional Morris Chair design featuring three reclining positions and is as comfortable as it is pleasing to the eye. Down and feather blend cushions are crafted to give pleasure and withstand more than a lifetime.

Slant Arm Spindle Morris Chair
My Slant Arm Spindle Morris Chair is based off the original slant arm chairs that Gustav Stickley designed around the 1900's. Slant Arm Spindle Morris Chair features hand-selected lumber, with steam bent back curves that is then dye stained with a hand rubbed lacquer finish. Furthermore, this chair is constructed using traditional mortise and tenon joinery, which maximizes wood strength while forming pieces pleasing to the eye. Cushions are down and feather blend. This chair can be customized with through tenon rails that are dowel pegged adding to durability.

Greene & Greene Dining Room Chair
Based on the Greene and Greene chairs from the Blacker House, this chair embodies the traditional style with "cloud lifts" throughout the design & with dancing peg joinery and Ebony inlay. The modern yet contemporary design of these chairs appeals to all generations. My design of the back lumbar support delivers a level of comfort for all body types. Sturdy, yet welcoming to sit on for hours on end.
In 2017, I am honored to say that a set of these chairs were constructed and now sit at a dining room table in the last Henry Greene home in California.
